- You may return new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with all tags within 15 days of delivery for our store gift card (which can be used online or in store).
- Return shipping is your responsibility. Only if the item is damaged upon receipt or received wrong item will return shipping costs be on us (need to provide proof).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You should expect to receive your gift card 1 week of when we receive and process your return.
- Please allow 3-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
No returns or exchanges allowed on lingerie, underwear, jewelry, swimwear, cosmetics, clearance/final sale items and gift cards. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
We can ship to any address in United States* and Canada**. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Hawaii and Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
**Canadian orders - Do not qualify for flat rate shipping, shipping cost will be calculated.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes life happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Please give us a call or reach out to us on social media. Please note our email response time can vary 1-2 days. Our team is oh so skilled at packing and shipping orders fast! Once they begin to process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order as it's status will be fulfilled.
